How can I amend an order that I have already placed?
The only thing that can be amended once the order has been placed is the delivery address (details of this can be found here). If you would like to make any other changes the best thing to do is to give us a call with your order number and cancel it. You’ll then need to place a brand new order online with the changes. Once your goods have been dispatched it will not be possible to amend your order.
How do I amend my delivery details after I’ve placed my order?
It is possible to do this, but we would need you do it as soon as possible. Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirming your order. Reply to this email with the request and the new delivery address. Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery address may be changed, see below.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes you can. As long as the goods haven’t been dispatched then you can give us a call on 020 3002 9960 to make the cancellation. Once your goods have been dispatched it isn’t possible to cancel your order.
Will I be charged if I need to change the delivery address?
We at Rocaba Packaging will not charge you to change your delivery address, providing your delivery new address is in the same region as the one you change it from and as long as it is done before your goods have been dispatched.
Once they are dispatched, they are with the courier company. The courier company does have a charge for a redirection. If you would like to change your delivery address after the goods have been dispatched (and has not be delivered to the original delivery address), please inform us and we can get this organised for you. We will need to take payment first before we can re-direct the delivery. If the courier has already attempted to deliver 3 times unsucessfully, we may not be able to arrange redelivery.
